The Tenant Process

House viewing & short tour around local area.

Confirm you wish to rent with us. Pay holding deposit.

4.

Tenant screening begins. Provide us with passport and bank statements.

5.

If all goes well, we will confirm the move in day.

6.

Move in day! Final signable envelope.

7.

Enjoy your new home.

The Tenant Process

1.

Get in touch. We will ask you a few simple questions, to check if the property and room will suit your needs and is an easy commute to your workplace. We will also answer any questions you may have. We will arrange a viewing time that suits you, you can make use of our pick up service.

2.

We will collect you from the nearest station to the property. Give you a quick tour of the area, so you can see and get a feel for where you will be living, before taking you to view the property and room.

3.

If you love what you see, we will ask you to conform you wish to rent with us and agree upon your move in day. We will then ask for a non-refundable holding deposit (equal to one week's rent, which goes towards your deposit when you move in). You will then receive your first envelope of paperwork through email via Signable.

4.

Tenant screening commences. We then ask you to provide us with your passport, three months bank statements and to complete an application form.

5.

When all goes well, we will confirm your move in day. You will then receive your second Signable envelope through email.

6.

Move in day! You will receive your final Signable envelope via email.

7.

Time to enjoy your stunning new home!

COVID Notice

COVID-19 Notice:

Due to COVID we have had to make some slight changes to our tenant process to ensure your safety. The following changes have been introduced:

 

  • We are unable to provide a pick-up service at this time.

  • We are unable to give you a tour of the local area, however we are more than happy to provide you with information, so you may do so yourself.

  • Viewings are done so following social distancing and government guidelines.

  • Virtual viewings are available via WhatsApp or Facetime.

  • We require all our new housemates to sign a COVID declaration. Conforming they have no COVID 19 symptoms, and that they have not been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms in the last 14 day. You will receive this document in your second Signable envelope.

  • New Tenants must follow social distancing guidelines within the house for the first seven days, following their move in date. To ensure their own safety along as the safety of the house.
