Perfect Rooms 4 U, over the last ten years has evolved to be one of the leading providers for beautiful fully furnished all-inclusive house shares in South East London. We seek to make young professionals lives easier and do so by offering house shares with a difference. We not only, provide our tenants with high quality, modern and beautifully decorated accommodation, in safe, well-connected locations. But we also take the time to get to know our potential tenants, to ensure they will be a good fit for our homes and pick a property that will best suit their needs. Taking the stress out of renting and allowing you to receive all the benefits and none of the headaches.
We are a small dedicated team, who strive to offer the highest quality accommodation and service whilst remaining good value for money. We take pride in our work and truly care for all your housemates and do whatever we can to make their stay with us as enjoyable as possible. Which is why so many of our housemates stay with us for so long and would recommend us to a friend. Our caring approach to being a landlord has also won us various awards.

Our Story
When entering the market in 2010, We were surprised to see the quality of house shares in London. Having two daughters ourselves it was shocking to see how few places we would be happy to let them live. Seeing this we wanted to change this so both the young professionals and their parents can have peace of mind and know they are living in safe, well connected and stunning properties in London. We also noticed a gap in the market for en-suite rooms, and became one of the first London HMO’s (or house shares as they are now better known) to offer en-suite rooms, which have proven to be extremely popular with our first en-suite home achieving full occupancy in as little as two days.
Upon starting up in 2010, we began to notice the bad reputation Hmos had in the market, so we jumped at the opportunity to appear on Homes under the Hammer, to help educate the public and prove that HMO’s could be both beautiful and affordable. As well as being the perfect place for young professionals to call home. We wanted to create a new experience, where house shares were desired, affordable and the perfect environment for young professionals to thrive. Providing our tenants with all the enjoyment and benefit from living in a large home with like-minded people, without any of the worries. We do all the hard work for you.
Our founders background in 5-star hotels inspired our approach to business. We strive to bring high quality experience and level of service in all that we do and treat all our housemates like VIP’s. We seek to make young professionals lives easier and more enjoyable and help bring a sense of community
Our approach to house shares has won our founder multiple awards including landlord of the year in 2013 and recognition for delivering high quality accommodation and outstanding service and level of care for her tenants. As well as the best small landlord in 2016.

Gertie Owens
I take care of the business, and do a little bit of everything, making sure everything runs smoothly and we are always providing the highest standards to our lovely housemates. I am also always there to support our tenants in any way they might need.
Founder
Liz
I take care of the behind scenes work, arranging your viewings and preparing all the contracts and paperwork you need to complete before you move in. I also look after the accounts to ensure the business runs smoothly.
Lettings
Marci
I take care of your daily needs. If anything needs fixing, no problem, I'll be there to help. I also take care of most viewings, so I'll probably be the first person you meet. I love helping our new housemates find the perfect place for them and settle into their new home.
Property Management
Amber
I take care of a little bit of everything and I am always there to lend a helping hand. My main focus these days tend to be on the creative side of the business. I take care of all the photography, design, social media and marketing aspects. Ensuring we show you all that we have to offer and highlight the elements that set us apart and what makes Perfect Rooms 4 U special. I also take care of all the finishing and personal touches that set us apart and help make our tenants feel appreciated and at home in our properties.
